Pineapple Pops: Our Favorite Frozen Treat!

This summer, Gabriel and I discovered the perfect refreshment to beat the heat: homemade pineapple lollipops! Using our lollipop moulds, we experimented with all kinds of fruit flavours, but nothing quite hit the spot like pure, fresh pineapple.
Our Frozen Lollipop Adventure Begins
Pineapple’s natural sweetness and tanginess made it an instant favourite. It was also so easy—just pour, freeze, and enjoy! Inspired by our success, we tried blending apple and orange juice for variety, and even attempted to layer the flavours into colourful stripes. Though we had fun experimenting, we kept coming back to the unbeatable taste of pure pineapple.
Creating the Perfect Pops
Once the fruit juice is poured into the moulds, it’s time to just let the freezer work its magic. The hardest part? Waiting for them to set! Gabriel would often check on them impatiently, eager to try our latest flavour creation. Finally, when they’re perfectly frozen, we pop them out and enjoy the cool, refreshing treat.
The Ultimate Summer Treat
Biting into a homemade pineapple pop on a hot day has become our go-to refreshing treat. There’s something wonderfully refreshing about the pure, icy taste of fruit! And they’re so easy to make that we’ve started keeping a stash ready in the freezer at all times.
These homemade lollipops have brought us a lot of joy, reminding us that sometimes the simplest things are the best.
